| Wholesaler/Supplier Shipping & Returns PolicyShipping Methods We ship your orders by (Indicate Shippers UPS, or USPS). Larger or bulk orders (i.e. containers) will be shipped by a freight company, where the freight charges are to be determined by our company and to be communicated to you. Shipping charges will be added to your invoice after the order has been confirmed. If you have a UPS account or Shipping Provider that allows third-party billing, and you would like to do 3rd party billing, you will need to provide us your account number. With this method, a shipping charge will not be added to your invoice. Our default shipping method is by (Indicate Default Method, i.e. UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail). Other Methods of Delivery are available upon your request: (Indicate other Methods you will use. i.e. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3rd Day) Shipping Damages Some products may be damaged during transit. Inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person. Do not sign delivery receipt until all packages have been inspected. In the event that damage has occurred, physically write "damaged¨ on the delivery bill and have the delivery person sign it as verification. Retain all boxes and other packaging material as package may be subject to inspection by the carrier. In the case of damage of the goods, you MUST CONTACT Double D Trading within 24 hours to FILE A CLAIM request by calling (213) 617-8082 or emailing them at sales@2DTrading.com Failure to comply with this policy may result in a denial for damage claim. Returns Policy Our customer guarantee is that you can return your items within (Indicate the Number of Days Allowed for Returning, i.e. 5 days) of receipt for the following reasons only: 1. Items are damaged during transit or delivery. 2. Items are found to be DEFECTIVE. 3. Items delivered are NOT the goods ordered. Products MUST be returned in the original packaging and the customer pays for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. All returns must be authorized and approved by Double D Trading. All return requests must be made within (Indicate the Number of Days Allowed for Return Requests, i.e. 5 days) after receiving order. All approved returns must be delivered to Double D Trading in an unused and unaltered condition with the original or better packaging. Ensure that the products are well packaged. Refunds will not be issued on returns that are damaged during shipment back to Double D Trading. In the unfortunate event that damage does occur, a refund will be issued when a claim has been settled with the carrier. Failure to comply with this return policy will result in a refusal of the shipment and the goods will be returned to the customer at their own expense. Refunds for returned orders are processed within (Indicate Number of Days) business days upon receipt. For payments made online, allow (Indicate Number of Days) for your refund to reflect in your account. Payments to us made through Checks by Mail will be refunded to you by Mail and will be processed in (Indicate Number of Days).
